Dr. Justin Moore, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP is a Practice Coordinator for Antimicrobial and Diagnostic Stewardship as well as an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Justin is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He completed a PGY-1 & PGY-2 ID Pharmacy Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. ​His current role focuses on diagnostic stewardship, infection management in immunocompromised hosts, and clinical outcomes research.
