Clinical Pharmacist – HIV Medicine

Ryan Tomlin, PharmD, BCPS, AAHIVP is a clinical pharmacist specializing in HIV medicine at the Trinity Health Grand Rapids McAuley Clinic. He received his doctorate from Purdue University and completed two years of residency training at the University of Oklahoma. He is actively involved with a number of HIV organizations across the state of Michigan including the Michigan chapter of the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center and the Michigan HIV/AIDS Council. He works closely with state and local health departments on a number of projects related to HIV care and prevention. He was recently awarded with the Michigan Infectious Diseases Society’s Clinical Teacher of the Year Award for 2024 for his work coordinating two second-year pharmacy residency programs specializing in infectious diseases and ambulatory care, as well as his work training infectious disease fellows.
