Jared Gabbert, PharmD, MBA, BCPS

Pharmacy Manager
Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Jared Gabbert, PharmD, MBA, BCPS is a clinic pharmacy manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his PharmD and MBA at the University of Kentucky. He then travelled to Nashville where he completed his PGY-1/PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Upon graduation he became a clinic pharmacy manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and continues to work in this role. In his current role he is responsible for the oversight of a few different clinic pharmacy operations, medication management in over 200 specialty clinics, and manages a team of clinical pharmacists focused on coordination of infusion therapy for clinic patients. His current professional interests are in revenue cycle, pharmacy finance, and the clinic medication use process. He has served on the ASHP NPF Legislative Affairs Advisory Group, and he is currently serving as a member of the SPPL Advisory Group on Business Development and System Integration. He has spoken at a prior SMA Burn conference and a couple ASHP Midyear conferences.
