Dr. Carlie Wilke, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is a Pharmacy Manager at UW Health in Madison, WI, where she oversees clinical pharmacy services and operations at East Madison Hospital and UW Rehab Hospital. In 2022, she completed a PGY1/2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) Residency at University of Utah Health and also earned her Master of Science degree in Health-System Pharmacy Administration. Originally from Marinette, WI, Carlie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin — Madison after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology and a Management minor at the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities. Beyond her managerial role, Carlie is actively engaged in advancing pharmacy practice. She serves on ASHP's SPPL Advisory Group on New and Emerging Leaders and previously chaired the Work Group for the inaugural PALRC during her residency. At UW Health, she chairs the Integrated Pharmacy Service Operations Committee, precepts PGY1 HSPAL residents and students, serves as a resident advisor and contributes to resident research projects. Carlie's practice interests span automation, clinical management, employee engagement, pharmacy operations, practice advancement, quality improvement, RFID technology, and workflow optimization.
