Ashley Bowden, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS is a pharmacy operations director at the University of Utah Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University. Dr. Bowden completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at the University of Utah Health and Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the University of Utah. Her current job responsibilities at the University of Utah Health include managing the pharmacy intern program, pharmacy compliance, central pharmacy operations, sterile compounding areas, and operating room operations. Ashley is also the residency program director for the PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency program. Her interests include incorporating medication safety and automation into pharmacy practice for safe and efficient patient care.
