Lance is an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and the PGY2 Residency Program Director at Denver Health. He holds faculty appointments at both the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the Denver Health Paramedic School. Lance earned his PharmD from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and brings over 18 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist from several academic medical centers and non-profit tertiary care facilities. Lance is a dedicated member of the EMPHARM-NET research collaborative, a founding member of Academic Emergency Medicine Pharmacists, and represents Colorado as a Delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates. His research interests include cardiac resuscitation and dysrhythmias. His dedication to vulnerable communities is demonstrated by his extensive medical outreach in Guatemala, and his precepting excellence has been recognized with awards from both The University of Texas and the University of Colorado.
