Dr. Bland is the Albert W. Jowdy Professor in Pharmacy Care at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy at the Southeast GA campus in Savannah, GA. He has nearly 25 years of practice experience, including his current clinical site within antimicrobial stewardship at St. Joseph's/Candler Health System. Dr. Bland is a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and is the co-founder of SERGE-45, a practice-based research network based in the Southeastern United States. Dr. Bland is the co-founder of Teach Me Pharm, a pharmacotherapy video learning platform and is author of the book InteGREAT: A Guidebook for Creating Great Healthcare Teams.
