Dr. Megan Adelman, BCPS, BCGP is a Family Medicine Pharmacy Specialist at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Center for Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the Carolinas Medical Center and a PGY2 in Geriatrics at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC. Dr. Adelman has worked to expand pharmacy services, helping to implement multiple interdisciplinary clinics and serves as a preceptor for pharmacy and medical residents and students. Her practice and research interests include gaming in education, weight and metabolic health management, geriatric care, polypharmacy and deprescribing, and population health management.
