Patricia Cutting, PharmD, BCPPS is currently a Manager of Medication Safety at Boston Children's Hospital. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and her PGY2 pediatric pharmacy residency at Children's Hospital Colorado. She then served at Children's Colorado as the Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor, Medication Safety Specialist, and PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy Residency Program Director. She has completed infusion pump implementations on four platforms, at two different hospitals, and actively maintains medication libraries for 3 platforms. She is on the Children's Hospital Association Medication Safety Leaders Group Steering Committee.
