Kristen Kruszewski is the Director of Pharmacy Channel Strategy and Services Consulting within Geisinger's Enterprise Pharmacy team. She is responsible for managing the home infusion, alternate site of care infusion, centralized compounding, and specialty pharmacy consulting portfolio. Prior to Geisinger Kristen led UNC Pharmacy's centralized service center specializing in system-wide procurement, centralized distribution, ADC replenishment, sterile compounding, and home infusion service lines. During that tenure she led the system Compounding Services Advisory Council (CSAC) to ensure standardization and compliance for sterile and non-sterile compounding needs. Kristen has directly overseen the construction of new infusion pharmacies as well as transitioning patients from HOPD centers to ambulatory infusion suites and care at home. Kristen also practiced at Duke Homecare and Hospice, a division of Duke University Health System, first as a home infusion clinical pharmacist and then supervising the infusion compliance and informatics needs of the organization.
Kristen earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and her BS in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University. She received her Board Certification in Sterile Compounding in 2020.
