Kendall Gross, PharmD, BCPS, DPLA is the Manager of the Pharmacy Informatics and Automation Teams at UCSF Health. She received her PharmD from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and completed residencies in Pharmacy and Critical Care at the University of Kentucky before joining UCSF in 2010. Through improvement work as a clinician, she developed an interest in using technology to drive high-value care and established a new Clinical Informatics Specialist role. She now leads a team of Pharmacist and Technician Informaticists focused on creating optimal medication-use systems by leveraging informatics, analytics, and automation. She is an actvie member of the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology (SOPIT) and serves as the Chair of the Clinical Decision Support Section Advisory Group. She also serves as a Volunteer Associate Professor at UCSF School of Pharmacy and is a Diplomate of the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy.
