Accomplished Chief Pharmacy Officer with a proven track record building teams to deliver high value pharmacy care, LeeAnn Miller, PharmD, MS is responsible for the strategic development and execution of pharmacy services across Yale New Haven Health enterprise. Over her 20 years in healthcare, she has focused on integrating pharmacy and technologies to support care teams, reduce burnout, and enhance access.
At YNHH, she developed a vertically integrated pharmacy care signature across the care continuum, top 10 Health System-Integrated Specialty Pharmacy, 5 retail pharmacies, and a state-of-the-art Home Infusion Pharmacy. LeeAnn expanded business capabilities to serve over twenty-five thousand patients. Recognized nationally, LeeAnn speaks on topics including digital technology and innovation and the value of pharmacy in health systems. She is passionate about advancing the profession and serves as Chair of the Vizient Pharmacy Networks Executive Committee and is an active member of ASHP and ACHE. Dr. Miller graduated from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy with a BSPharm and master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, and from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. She completed a Strategic Agility & Innovation executive program at Yale University School of Management.
In 2024, she was inducted into WVU School of Pharmacy Hall of Fame and named by Becker’s Healthcare as Top 75 Chief Pharmacy Officers’ To Know.
