Lena Tran, PharmD, BCCCP is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist and the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency program director at AdventHealth Kissimmee in Central Florida. After her PGY1 and PGY2 in critical care, Lena has practiced in the emergency department and critical care settings. Lena has presented continuing education lectures at both the local and national level on topics including medication safety, drug delivery devices, electrolyte disorders, and drug allergies. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and abstracts related to critical care. Lena is the founder and chair of the medication safety committee at her institution, where she continues to work with interdisciplinary teams to spearhead process improvements in the medication use process.
