Benjamin Yu, PharmD, BCACP is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University, and then completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with Franciscan Health and PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency with University of Louisville Health. His passions include chronic disease state management through use of a collaborative practice agreement, pharmacy student and resident education and training, and advocating for advancement of pharmacy services in the ambulatory care setting.
