Pharmacist Program Coordinator Diabetes Stewardship

Kristina Naseman received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy. She then completed a Post-Graduate Year One Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Kristina is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, Board-Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Additionally, Kristina obtained a Master in Public Health degree from The Ohio State University. Kristina currently practices at UK HealthCare as the Pharmacist Program Coordinator for Diabetes Stewardship and provides patient care with The Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center and Maternal Fetal Medicine Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic. She serves as residency program director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency program at UK Healthcare. Her practice and research interests include population health, medication and healthcare access, and diabetes in pregnancy.
