Meredith Gilbert, PharmD, MBA-HM, BCGP, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Emergency Medicine practicing at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Memphis, TN. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree at Mercer University College of Pharmacy, then pursued a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Memphis. Her clinical site is a 305 bed community hospital with a 28 bed Emergency Department serving both an urban and rural population with its location. She has interests in critical care, neurology, geriatrics, and medication safety. Along with her work in the Emergency Department, Meredith is the Residency Research Coordinator for Methodist Germantown's PGY-1 residency and precepts students and residents in Emergency Medicine and Infectious Disease rotations. She is an active member of the Tennessee Pharmacist Association, having held several committee appointments over the last 10 years. She is also a member of the the ASHP Section Advisory Group on Emergency Medicine.
