Jennifer Esch, PharmD, MBA, BCPS (she/her/hers)

Jennifer Esch, PharmD, MBA, BCPS is a practicing emergency medicine pharmacist at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she implemented the current pharmacist practice model in the emergency department. She attended University of Arizona College of Pharmacy and precepts student pharmacists and PGY-1 pharmacy residents on critical care and emergency medicine rotations. She was voted the Allied Health Educator of the Year by the University of Wisconsin medical students at her practice site in 2023. She helped her emergency department obtain Level 2 accreditation as a Geriatric ED from ACEP in 2024. She is interested in critical care, antimicrobial stewardship, EMS, diabetes, and cardiology research opportunities.
