Lisa Hayes is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine who practices at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Dr. Hayes graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center (Toledo, OH) and a PGY2 in Critical Care at the University of Utah (Salt Lake City, UT).
