Saba Maghari, PharmD, BCPS

Veterans Affairs Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21)

Saba Maghari graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arizona in 2020. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Phoenix Veteran’s Health Administration, followed by a PGY2 residency in Population Health Management and Data Analytics at the Veteran’s Health Administration Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21). In 2022, she became a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. Currently, Saba serves as the VISN 21 Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBM) Data and Program Manager. She provides data analytics support for the VISN PBM anticoagulation, pain management, oncology, antimicrobial stewardship, nutrition, and pharmacogenomics subcommittees. Her focus includes pharmacy analytics and outcomes services, driving the creation of organizational strategies to integrate data analytics and improve patient outcomes.
