Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Informatics

Ali is a Clinical Pharmacy Informatics Specialist at UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts. At her institution she is part of a team that is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients through the automation, maintenance, and development of technology. She is also the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy Residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center, and precepts PGY1 pharmacy residents on pharmacy informatics during the required medication management rotation. Prior to taking on this role, she completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy Residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center. She serves as the Honors and Awards Committee Chair for the local ASHP chapter in Massachusetts. Ali is Epic Willow Inpatient certified and Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts.
