Rebecca (Becky) Taylor is Vice President, Pharmacy Services, UPMC Corporate Services where she oversees acute and ambulatory hospital care at over 45 hospital-based sites and 90 infusion clinics in 4 states. She is responsible for the strategic direction and integration for the pharmacy services across the health system. Prior to this role, she worked at Cleveland Clinic in various roles for 13 years including main campus and several regional hospitals as the Director.
Becky is an active member of several local and national pharmacy organizations and has served in elected and appointed leadership roles for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists as well as the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacy. She is past President of the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacy. She has spoken at a number of pharmacy professional societies and authored several peer-reviewed publications on practice model development and the sequential APPE “block” student program that she created for Cleveland Clinic in 2008.
Becky graduated with her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, completed 1 year of post-graduate residency training at Aurora Advocate Health in Milwaukee, WI and completed her Master’s of Business Administration in Healthcare Management in 2009. She has been awarded a Fellow of her professional society, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2019 and is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in Pharmacy.
