System Vice President, Chief Pharmacy Executive

Dr. Robert M. Fink is the System VP & Chief Pharmacy Executive for University of Louisville Health, Kentucky's largest academic health system. He previously served as VP Ancillary Services & Chief Pharmacy Executive for QuorumHealth and Chief Pharmacy Executive for Community Health Systems. His past roles include Director of Pharmacy Services at Methodist Medical Center (Dallas, TX), Associate Director Clinical Pharmacy Services at Baylor University Medical Center (Dallas, TX), and Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Johnson City Medical Center (TN).
Dr. Fink holds BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Mercer University and an MBA from East Tennessee State University. He is a fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he was president and board member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter. He is a member of the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists, former president of the Tennessee Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and serves on the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Advisory Committee. He is also a Kentucky Colonel.
Currently, Dr. Fink is a board certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and held certification as a Nutrition Support Pharmacist for 30 years. He has held academic appointments at ETSU, The University of Tennessee, Mercer University, The University of Texas, University of Houston, Texas Tech University, and Belmont University.
