System Director of Diversion Prevention

Linda Gordon, BSPharm, DPLA is a seasoned clinical pharmacist and leader with nearly 35 years of experience in various pharmacy settings. She has excelled in leadership roles within retail, outpatient hospital pharmacy and inpatient clinical pharmacy. Her visionary approach led her to move into a pharmacy operations manager role in 2017, planning and managing a combined inpatient and outpatient pharmacy in a new UCHealth community hospital.
In 2021, Linda transitioned into the role of the System Director of Diversion Prevention for UCHealth. In this capacity, she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, directing a comprehensive program to assess risk, identify prevention strategies and implement surveillance activities throughout the healthcare system.
A proud alumna of the Medical University of South Carolina School of Pharmacy, Linda is active in the pharmacy community as a member of the Colorado Pharmacists Society and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). She holds committee positions with the Internatinoal Health Facility Diversion Association (HFDA) and the Vizient Quality, Safety and Compliance Committee, underscoring her unwavering commitment to advancing best practices and enhancing patient care outcomes.
