Van B. Vuong, PharmD, MBA, is the Acute Care Pharmacy Supervisor at Stanford Healthcare. Van holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business. Prior to joining Stanford Healthcare, Van completed her PGY-1 and worked at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford for ten years. Since joining Stanford Healthcare, Van has been responsible for overseeing a team of direct reports, managing daily workflows, and ensuring adequate staffing for order verification and clinical services. Van has collaborated with healthcare providers to drive continuous improvement processes and has played a pivotal role in transforming the role of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to enhance patient experience.
