Lieutenant Commander Andrew Glatz is a clinical pharmacist serving within the Indian Health Service and is the current Public Health Service Commissioned Corps liaison to ASHP. He received his PharmD from the University of Michigan, completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency within the Indian Health Service and holds a Board Certification in Ambulatory Care. At his current duty station in Belcourt, North Dakota, LCDR Glatz serves as chair of his facility’s Controlled Substance Stewardship Committee and is the Residency Program Director of the local PGY-1 pharmacy residency program. His practice interests include chronic pain management, emergency medicine and informatics.
